SOMERSET ARTWORKS: The county's largest + most creative festival celebrating the diversity of the artists who live + work in the region. Both Davina and Christopher work closely alongside the SAW team and Davina wrote and editied the SAW Blog for seven years, handing it over to Paul Newman in 2020.
STORYWALKS FOR SCHOOLS: Working in education? This is an imaginative and groundbreaking way to unchain your literacy and remove the classroom walls. The innovative tech behind this programme was installed within the grounds of Compton Verney, re-wilding the poems of Robert Macfarlane alongside the illustrations of Jackie Morris' into the habitat where they belong - free from the confines of a book or gallery.
CONTAINS ART: Artist studios on Watchet harbour with a lively programme of exhibitions + events. Christopher was on the board of directors since the inception of this groundbreaking community art hub. Both have exhibited at the gallery and Davina won the Exmoor Magazine award at the inaugural West Somerset Open 2017.
STORYWALKS: A wonderful way to explore the hidden combes and villages of West Somerset.
POETRY PIN: Geo-located poetry trails that can be discovered across Somerset, Devon and beyond, including the Watchet Mineral Line and the Tarka Trail. A Walk Down The Rift, captured a year of walking, reading + writing poetry in the shadow of Hinkley C.
