International best-selling author, artist and illustrator, Jackie Morris has over thirty years experience writing and illustrating. Her books appeal to an incredibly broad age range and the success of The Lost Words created in partnership with Robert Macfarlane has become quite a movement with successful campaigns nationwide to place a copy within every primary school including Somerset and Devon.
The Lost Words was awarded the prestigious The CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal
We have been working closely with Jackie since 2013 and our customers have shared some magical moments with her including our 'Wild Swans Wing Walk' and most recently The House Without Windows book launch at Loyton. In July 2021 we are hosting a wonderful creative retreat at Bossington Hall and next September both Jackie and Robert will be joining us for an evening at Dunster Tithe Barn.
Enjoy browsing her dedicated portfolio, here you will also find short films and our online journal has some wonderful images from past events and current publications.
